1 General Terms & Conditions
Tenbia (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Tenbia and the user. By using any of Tenbia's services, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these terms.
These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any interpretive conflict, the English version shall be considered definitive. Tenbia reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

3 Age & Eligibility
Minimum Age Requirement to Use Tenbia's Services 18 years. Any account created or attempted to be created by someone under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated transactions will be voided.
Additionally, residents of certain countries or regions may not be eligible to use Tenbia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing Tenbia's services from your location is legally permitted. Tenbia does not provide legal advice in this regard.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
Tenbia supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, and the maximum limit varies depending on the payment method.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.

- The specified wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
- You may not generally claim another bonus while an existing one is still active.

- Tenbia reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Live betting odds change continuously once a match has started.
- If a bet cannot be processed due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded to your account.
- If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
- Tenbia reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in odds setting has occurred.
- Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage in the betting system by using multiple accounts will result in all associated bets being voided.
In Sports Betting, if a match result changes for any reason (e.g., appeal, disqualification), the official result at the time of announcement will be considered final.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tenbia's platform. Engaging in any of these may result in permanent account closure and, where necessary, legal action:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering under another person's identity or with false information.
- Using betting software, bots, or automation tools.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
- Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.
- Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
Tenbia reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
- If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
- In the event of KYC verification failure.
- When the user submits a self-exclusion request.
Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, unless subject to forfeiture due to a rule violation.
9 Limitation of Liability
Tenbia strives to deliver the highest quality of service through its platform. However, Tenbia shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:
- If service is disrupted due to loss of internet connectivity.
- Delays caused by third-party payment gateway failures.
- Due to issues with the user's own device or software.
- Due to unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
- In cases of unauthorized use of the user's account information by a third party.
